客户货好了却不出,占着仓库怎么办?这几招帮你有效催单!
年底赶工忙,最怕遇到客户迟迟不敲定出货安排。即便货物能转卖,堆在仓库里也让人心焦!怎么礼貌又有效地提醒客户?试试下面这些方法:
1.用春节假期提醒
距离春节放假只剩XX天,我司将从X月X日至X月X日休假。如果您的订单无法在X月X日前安排出货,就要等到X月X日之后才能处理。
(英文参考:As the Chinese New Year is coming, kindly note that our office will be closed from X to X. Should your order not be shipped before XX, the next available date will be XX.)
2.提示舱位与船期紧张
春节前是出货高峰,不仅舱位紧张、运费可能上涨,而且如果船期赶上假期,工厂无人装货,问题也无法及时处理。建议您尽早安排,预留充足时间。
(英文参考:Due to peak season demand, space is tight and rates may rise sharply. Please also note that we will be on holiday from X to X. Early arrangement will help avoid delays.)
3.主动询问客户难处
货物已备好XX天了,一直没等来您的发货安排。是否有什么顾虑或困难?不妨告诉我们,一起商量解决。

4.以仓库空间为由委婉催促
您的货物在仓库里占了不少位置,其他货物堆放都受影响了。可否告知大概什么时候能安排出货呢?(可附一张仓库实拍图)

5.提醒可能收取仓储费
目前生产旺季仓库紧张,如果货物长期堆放未出,我们将不得不按XX元/天收取仓储费。

6.声明包装损坏不担责
仓库已满,如果因未能及时出货导致包装挤压损坏,我们将无法负责赔偿。

7.以原料涨价为由施压
原材料价格持续上涨,您的货若在XX日前仍不安排出运,我们可能不得不调整产品价格。

8.最后办法:转卖处理
仓库压力大,若货好XX天客户仍不发货,我们或将货物转给急需的客户。您的订单将安排重新生产,排期约在X月X日之后。
